By scheduling delivery with Kindred Couches, you agree to the terms below.
1. Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options:
- Curbside Delivery — We deliver to your curb, driveway, or garage. Getting it inside will be your responsibility.
- White Glove Delivery — A team of two carefully unwraps your new couch, brings it inside, places it in the room of your choice, and removes all packaging associated with the new couch.
We also offer a Haul-Away add-on with White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. Haul-Away is not available to book online. Call or text us at (610) 840-6308 for pricing and details.
2. Measuring is Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that the couch will fit through your doors, hallways, stairs, and elevators. Dimensions are provided in the 2nd photo of every couch listed on our website.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable. If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful (no one home to receive, didn't fit, etc.), and a second delivery is needed, another delivery fee will be charged.
4. Scheduling Delivery
When scheduling a delivery, we generally provide a 1 hour delivery window. Using the phone number you provided at checkout, our delivery driver will send you a text message with his Estimated Time of Arrival when he is on his way.
5. Inspect on Arrival
Please inspect your couch upon delivery. Any issues or discrepancies should be communicated immediately so we can address them quickly.
6. Inclement Weather
All of our couches are transported in an enclosed commercial vehicle out of the weather. In the event of inclement weather, we will generally still attempt delivery unless we communicate otherwise. Our priority is keeping your couch clean and dry during delivery.
