Can I come see a couch in person?

Do you deliver?
We offer both Curbside and White-Glove Delivery options!
Curbside: Delivery is to your curb, Driveway or garage. Bringing the item inside will be your responsibility.
White-Glove: Delivery includes a team of 2 bringing the item inside and setting it up in your desired location. Along with removing any and all packaging from unboxing!

How quickly can you deliver?

Do you hold couches?
Yes, we can hold a couch for up to 2 weeks with full payment. If you need us to hold it longer than 2 weeks, we charge a $100 holding fee per week held.

How do I know if the couch will fit in my space?
Each couch listing on our website has dimensions either in the listing description, or visually laid out on the 2nd photo. Make sure to measure your space and compare it with the dimensions we provide. Don’t forget to check doorways and hallways for clearance! Need help? Contact us anytime.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase after delivery?
Return PolicyAll sales are final, so we encourage you to carefully review all the details before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before purchasing, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Is there any warranty on your couches?
We do not offer an official warranty. However, our reputation along with your satisfaction is very important to us, so if any major issues come up, we always strive to go above and beyond to make it right and make you whole.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Cash in person, all major Credit/Debit cards through our website, as well as PayPal & Venmo to make your purchase as convenient as possible.
